Course Details
The aim of this course is to provide a fundamental understanding of common valve materials, their properties and applications.
Particular focus will be on potential health, safety and environmental hazards directly related to the equipment enabling the candidates to control any associated risks.
This course will provide a good team building session for any group and help build customer / client relations. We also anticipate that further training opportunities may be discovered resulting from the course.

Course Objectives
- Identify common valve materials and their applications
- Identify common valve plating’s and their applications
- Identify common valve coatings and their applications
- State common defects and typical repair solutions
- Identify potential problems that may cause loss of production or situations with safety implementations
